Welcome to Korean-American Healthcare Professionals for Christ (KAHPC)! We’re so glad you found us! KAHPC was founded in 2022 for the purposes of connecting young, aspiring students interested in the healthcare profession with current physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other professionals that continue to practice their Christian faith in their work.

 

I personally found it very difficult to navigate through all of the requirements and logistics of both getting into and getting through medical school as well as surviving residency without much guidance from like-minded, Christian medical professionals. KAHPC is one small way to guide prospective students on this journey so that they don’t feel as lost as I did at times.

 

Our goal is to provide students with a strong network of Korean-American, Christian healthcare professionals across the country that will lead to volunteer, research, and shadowing opportunities. We are also always available for general advice or if you need someone to talk to about your faith! Remember Thessalonians 5:11! “Therefore encourage one another and build each other up!”

 

Don’t be afraid to ask because we are here to help! And never forget that, wherever you are on this journey, that God is good and He will watch over you! We hope you find this resource helpful!
